alrighty i need lunch ideas...im getting sick of turkey sandwiches and chicken sandwiches..i eat white meat and fish only...not red meat..but keep in mind that i get a 30 min lunch at either 12 or 12:30 so i dont have access to a stove or oven..the only thingi have access to is a microwave..please help!!!!!!

lean cuisine meals are great! i take them to work with me. six minutes in the microwave :)

also cans of tuna! and they also have like chicken salad in a can now and salmon and it's all really good and healthy.

salads that you make the night before or in the morning too!

hey what do you usually put in your salads? And do you eat your tuna on bread? or crackers?

crackers! haha.

umm i usually mix it up.. sometimes romaine lettuce, beets, almonds or walnuts, chicken or tuna, mixed veggies..
